ProCredit Bank, one of the Romanian leading financial institutions has commissioned Expense Reduction Analysts to investigate their energy costs.
ProCredit Bank has been founded in 2002, and counts up to 23 branches throughout the country, with a workforce of ca 600 staff.
Each ProCredit location had secured agreements with local energy providers, except when the location was rented, in which case the landlord chose the supplier and re-invoiced ProCredit. The client was satisfied with the service level provided.
After in-depth reviewing of the consumption, prices and expenses in each location, Mihail Puiu, Client Manager from Expense Reduction Analysts team presented his recommendations to the client: renegotiations of prices, long-term solutions and close communications with every landlord involved to ensure their full cooperation. M. Puiu invited selected suppliers to tender, which lead to better pricing and incentives with similar terms and conditions.
Additionally, Expense Reduction Analysts recommended some improvements to processes or methodologies related to the cost category to find further savings and better match the requirements of the client.
“We appreciated Expense Reduction Analysts’ professionalism and seamless process delivery, the change of the supplying solutions taking place smoothly fine and without any operational challenges.
