Furthermore, the company is especially focused on internationalisation and currently present in 12 countries. Behind these objectives, there is a very clear vision of cost management. After almost half a century of existence, the Royo Group is well aware that the best term to describe their market would be “competitive” and therefore, is always on the look-out to innovate in all aspects of the activity to be the best.
WHAT THE CLIENT SAYS
“The shape of cost rationality is a philosophy that we have integrated in our blood from the beginning. For us, it is quite usual to contact businesses that can help us improve and confirm that we are doing well. Before ERA, we worked with two consultancies; however, they were not very successful. Expense Reduction Analysts takes a completely different approach: their experts are part of your team and help you from inside. Their goal is always to support, not to criticise. They do not question other people’s job, but instead give it an additional twist. And the best thing is that they work in a simple way, generating confidence amongst the company’s technicians they are working with. This enables the project to go forward. Another distinctive aspect is that they have experts for each cost category. Each ERA consultant has in-depth experience and know-how, and they are also acquainted with a huge number of providers. “

WHAT EXPENSE REDUCTION ANALYSTS SAYS
“The experience has shown us that when we have the support and trust of CPOs, the cost optimisation projects are often very successful. This is the case for Grupo Royo, where we met a purchasing team with a very open mindset and a clear focus on results. The savings in waste management were remarkable, but the client was especially pleased with the cost reductions achieved in marketing where the demands were especially challenging, and where several previous attempts had not produced any results.”
