A record 230 delegates and around 50 spouses, attended Expense Reduction Analysts 2015 European Franchisees Conference from 20-22 May in Baveno, Lake Maggiore, Milan. Fifteen countries were represented at the event from across Europe and as far as Australia, Brazil, Mexico, USA and the Ukraine.
