OVER 650 FRANCHISEES WORLDWIDE

Expense Reduction Analysts actively looks for experienced professionals with expertise in a variety of different sectors. You do not have to be a consultant or a finance expert to experience success in ERA.

There are many who are unsure if they have the right experience or skills to fit into our network, whether this is because of their professional experience, their training or belonging to a specific sector. Don’t be left in doubt, ask us to find out exactly how your experience could be of value to the ERA network.

It doesn’t matter if you have never seen yourself as a cost-management consultant – we give you all of the necessary training and advice required to practice cost-reduction with confidence and competence.

We know that taking that step forward in search of more control and a better work-life balance is not always easy. That is why we want you to know that once you complete your 2-week Foundational Training, you will be assigned an experienced coach who will help you to find and visit clients, manage projects and locate saving in your first year.

Furthermore, you will receive the help and support of franchisees within the ERA network as the collaborative spirit of the company encourages franchisees to work together in joint-venture projects. As you can see, the initial and on-going support lasts longer than just a couple of weeks. You will not find a better support-structure in this sector than ERA.

Many of our franchisees come from well-known, established companies while others work for less reputable enterprises but all are very skilled and competent in their respective sectors.

At ERA, you can earn money in three different ways. Once you complete your training, you will be able to work in one or more of the following roles:

  • Client Acquisition

It is the role of the Client Acquirer to meet with potential clients and sign projects. They usually have experience inside the boardroom and often in sales, marketing and/or business development.

  • Project Management

It is the role of the Project Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient relationship between the procurement department and suppliers as well as ensuring that all deadlines are met.

  • Project Analysis

It is the role of the Project Analyst to provide the client with specific cost-category expertise and locate, implement and monitor those savings.

Some of our franchisees like the sales side of the job, some prefer project management while others like to concentrate on analysis (most franchisees will specialise in 2 or more roles).

By working in this way, our franchisees can concentrate on their strengths while also leveraging the strengths of others within the network.
