Preparation Training includes a variety of remote and video based sessions that take a combined 16 hours and must be completed before the start of the Basic Training.
The Basic Training is a 5-day course that alternates – 16 times a year in total – between our European Support Centre in Kent and our North American Support Centre in Dallas.
The Advanced Training invites Franchise Partners to return for a 3-day training session within 6 months after the completion of the Basic Training.
As a franchisor, we are committed to your ongoing development and success. Upon the completion of your Training, you will follow a specifically formulated Program designed to develop and monitor your business under the support structure of ERA’s Performance Development Department.
By introducing a dedicated person to coordinate, support and encourage you during your start-up phase, we can help focus activities in the right direction.
This dedicated person will be the ERA Coordinator, a member of the Performance Development department at ERA’s Support Centre, who will work remotely with you during the start-up phase (first 18 months) of your business.
In addition to the ERA Coordinator, a further ERA Business Guide role will be introduced to provide maximum field support for you.
The appointed ERA Business Guides are experienced Area Developers and Franchisees that have been through this process and succeeded to a satisfactory level.
Following the motto of learning from the best, they will be able to offer guidance and support to you based on the direction provided by the ERA Coordinator which will be matched based on the upcoming activity and challenges or area of focus.
The final part of your support team is your local ‘Area Developer’ whose job it is to help develop your business and integrate you into the local network.
The Area Developer is tasked with developing the network in their region by managing the team of franchisees, driving commercial activities in order to promote ERA as a business in their area as well as further expand and develop the expertise within.
However, the Area Developer’s role doesn’t end at the conclusion of your 18-month Start-Up Program. They will continue to support and guide you throughout the course of your 10-year license at ERA.
"I joined ERA recently after a very careful selection. ERA presented me with the package that I was looking for: a team of experienced professionals supporting my development, a proven methodology, and a structured brand. I found the opportunity to work in different areas (sales, client management and analysis) to be very interesting"
