About the project:
Nobiskrug is a German company specialised in the construction and repair of super-yachts, marine, commercial and authority ships. The company has delivered over 700 civil and military vessels and achieved many conversions. The company, which employs 600 staff and realises a turnover of around 220 million Euros per year, asked Expense Reduction Analysts to investigate telecommunication costs. The spend on data lines, landlines and mobile phones reached up till then a six-figure sum. The company worked with several suppliers and had little transparency regarding costs, especially for mobile communications.
The consultants rationalised the mobile telecommunication costs and identified unused contracts, which brought savings of 70%.
For the landlines, all locations were integrated into an existing framework agreement which enabled savings of 32%. Renegotiations of data lines brought savings of 29%.
What the client says:
“We have reduced telecommunication expenses by 53%. Expense Reduction Analysts has clearly exceeded our expectations.”
Günter Jantzen, Head of I.T., Nobiskrug GmbH
What Expense Reduction Analysts says:
“Next to the savings, the client enjoys the integration of various technologies and the harmonization of different contracts.”
