About the project:

From a small artisan workshop to a leader in the European bookbinding sector, L.E.G.O., with a workforce of around 700, produces 100 million pieces a year, consuming 50,000 tons of paper. The high level of pressure that the owners put on the continuous improvement of processes and the new challenges of the market have led the company to tackle the reorganisation of some production departments and, at the same time, to try and reduce indirect costs.

What the client says:

"The projects managed by Expense Reduction Analysts, even when not particularly complex, require time; internal resources are not easily available and the results would not be the same"

 Simone Patella, C.F.O., L.E.G.O. spA.

What Expense Reduction Analysts says:

"The management L.E.G.O. proved from the start very knowledgeable and discerning in assessing the saving options that ERA presented. The solutions were carefully weighed and selected, and the results have met or exceeded the expectations."

Enrico Barazzoni, Client Manager
