PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Nucap, a company that got started in Canada, has gone on to have eight operation centres in four countries, where it has established itself as brand that specialises in the cold stamping of vehicle brake system components. The savings project started with the condition that the quality of the products, and Nucap’s fine reputation, were not to be diminished. This point had special importance in the field of industrial lubricants, due to the direct impact that this supply has on the productive process.

WHAT THE CLIENT SAYS:

"The first good impression made by Expense Reduction Analysts was the professionalism of their specialists. Their proposals and the final savings made are based on the knowledge and experience they have in each of the fields that we ended up working on. This was not only apparent in terms of project management. But also, when it came to transmitting that knowledge and advising our team.

Secondly, the system of charging by goals achieved is a good one. The process did not cost Nucap Europe a single euro until we really started to see the savings.

And finally, transparency, which made it possible for there to be consensus at all stages of the process, for the achievements to be measurable and real and for them to have an impact on our results."

José Luis Ciordia, Director General of Nucap Europe.

WHAT EXPENSE REDUCTION ANALYSTS SAYS:

"Thanks to the collaboration of the company, we managed to adapt the supplier's service to the needs and quality demands of Nucap Europe and obtain savings of more than 20%, without detriment to the quality of the productive process."

Luis Miguel Jáuregui, Client Manager.
