Largest Romanian health and fitness network improves efficiency and optimise cleaning and client consumables costs
Expense Reduction Analysts was invited by World Class Romania to provide a review of its overall spending in the cleaning and laundry categories. The aim of the investigation was to optimise the related costs without reducing the quality or level of service but on the contrary, to increase whenever possible the quality of the products and services World Class Romania purchases in these categories.

Expense Reduction Analysts has worked closely with the World Class team to identify and structure a world-class solution that will support the premium image of the organisation and further improve the client experience.
The company was interested in identifying ways to optimise the costs in the cleaning and client consumables categories while maintaining the highest standards.
For the category of client consumables, Expense Reduction Analysts was able, along with World Class, to provide a solution optimising the consumption patterns and reducing costs by 24%; for the categories of cleaning supplies and laundry detergents, the adopted solution allowed savings of 34%. The selected items were awarded the green label LEED® Gold Certification for eco-friendly products.
Consecutively, Expense Reduction Analysts Analysts considered the clients’ internal processes and after an internal audit suggested the centralisation of laundry cleaning into one industrial facility to consolidate costs and significantly reduce the overall laundry expenditure for the company.
